- Select the "Import mail and contacts" tab.
- Enter Thunderbird email and click "Continue.”.
- Enter Thunderbird password.
- Enter your email provider's “POP username” and “POP server” settings.
- Select the data to import by checking the right checkboxes.
- Then select “Start Import.”.
- End of story. Thunderbird email import will be completed soon.

Method 2: MBOX to Gmail Migration: Professional Solution

- Select “Settings” from the Thunderbird dashboard's bottom-left corner.
- “Add-ons & Themes.”.
- Add “ImportExportTools NG” in Thunderbird.
