Rivian: the EV brand has to prove gross margin before the cash runway matters less

Rivian reported 2025 revenue of $5.4 billion and Q1 2026 revenue of $1.4 billion. The thesis depends on production discipline, gross margin progress, cash burn, vehicle demand and whether the next platform can scale without exhausting flexibility.
